Our products include portable navigation devices, in-dash infotainment systems, fleet management solutions, maps and real-time services, including the award winning HD Traffic.

By streamlining and integrating our organisation we have created a lean and agile structure enabling us to stay close to our customers and substantially improving our time to market. TomTom comprises four business units, Consumer, Automotive, Business Solutions and Licensing.

TomTom is also the initiator of the OpenLR™ technology.

Viati Viati
Viati - a Swedish IT Consultant Company with many experts in the ITS domain. Headquarter is located in Borlänge. Other cities where business are located is in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Örebro. Vitai's main business areas are in IT-architecture, ITS, Integration, Project Management, Road net and data preparation, system development, GIS and test.

Swedish Transport Administration is using OpenLR™ in its DATEX II services. OpenLR™ is used as an additional location reference system in combination with AlertC location code, which is used as well. Viati has been responsible for implementing the DATEX II Services as well as enhancing the services with OpenLR™.

Viati has also, together with TomTom, created the DATEX II OpenLR™ extension which can be downloaded at the www.datex2.eu.

Simacan Simacan
Simacan is a Dutch startup founded by seasoned engineers with over 15 years of experience in developing innovative products and services for both b2b, governmental and consumer markets. Simacan offers a number of online services which brings data together using OpenLR so it can be used on any map and in any system. This helps customers to combine, visualise and apply their data and create and discover new oppurtinities.
The Dutch National Datawarehouse for traffic infomation (NDW) is researching if it will use OpenLR in its DATEXII service as an additional location reference system in 2014. Simacan has been responsible for advising and supporting this research process.
